Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d10+9) piercing damage plus 9 (2d8) cold damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d6+9) slashing damage.
Cold Breath (Recharge 5-6). The dragon exhales an icy blast in a 60-foot cone. Each creature there takes 54 (12d8) cold damage on a failed DC 18 Constitution save, or half as much on a success.
How hard a fight? Against a party of four, a single white dragon is deadly at levels 1–9, hard at levels 10–11, medium at levels 12–14 and easy at levels 15–19, and barely a challenge from level 20. Add allies or more foes in the encounter generator.
Where you'll find it: arctic wastes.
