9th-level conjuration spell
Most often, you duplicate any other spell of 8th level or lower without meeting any of its requirements, including costly components. Alternatively, you can choose one of these: create one nonmagical object worth up to 25,000 gp, no more than 300 feet in any dimension; let up to twenty creatures you can see regain all hit points and end all effects that greater restoration removes; give up to ten creatures you can see resistance to a damage type you choose; give up to ten creatures immunity to a single spell or magical effect for 8 hours; or force a reroll of any roll made within the last round (including your last turn), with advantage or disadvantage, choosing which result to use. You can wish for something beyond these, but the DM has wide latitude, and the greater the wish, the likelier it goes wrong. Any use other than duplicating a spell strains you: until you finish a long rest, each spell you cast deals you 1d10 necrotic damage per spell level, which can’t be reduced or prevented; your Strength drops to 3 for 2d4 days (each day of rest cuts 2 days off); and there is a 33 percent chance you can never cast wish again.
