4th-level transmutation spell
You take control of freestanding water inside an area you choose that is a cube up to 100 feet on a side. When you cast the spell, and as an action on each of your turns while it lasts, you can create one of these effects (repeating it or switching to another). Flood: the water level rises by up to 20 feet; in a large body of water you can instead make a 20-foot wave that crashes down on the far side, with a 25% chance to capsize each Huge or smaller vehicle it hits. Part Water: the water separates, leaving a dry trench through the area. Redirect Flow: moving water flows in a direction you choose, even over obstacles or up walls. Whirlpool: in a body of water at least 50 feet square and 25 feet deep, a vortex 50 feet wide at the top, 5 feet wide at the bottom and 25 feet tall forms; creatures and objects within 25 feet of it are pulled 10 feet toward it, a creature can swim away with a Strength (Athletics) check against your spell save DC, and a creature that enters the vortex or starts its turn there makes a Strength save, taking 2d8 bludgeoning damage and being caught on a failure, or half damage and not caught on a success.
